Summary:
This contract provides for the disposition of unclaimed bodies as required of the County by Florida Statute Chapter 406. FPG acquired Premier Care effective September 15, 2017. FPG agrees to all pricing, terms and conditions as originally awarded to Premier Care.
Background/Explanation:
This contract was awarded by the Board of County Commissioners on October 11, 2016.
During FY2017, 811 cases have been submitted through the program.
Fiscal Impact:
Total expenditure not-to-exceed: $2,250,000.00
Fiscal Year 2018 funding is derived from the Human Services Department’s appropriated budget. There is no fiscal impact associated with this acknowledgement.
