Summary:
This is a civil action to recover damages sustained by the County arising out of a motor vehicle accident.
Mr. Zurman was the permissive user of a 2007 Infiniti QX56 registered to Mr. Zurman’s company, ZD Integrated Circuits, Incorporated. Mr. Zurman reported the vehicle stolen from his driveway on the morning of May 4, 2015, after leaving it overnight with the keys inside the vehicle. The vehicle was discovered May 5, 2015, having been abandoned after it was crashed into a County fire hydrant located at 810 16th Ave. SE, Largo, Florida.
Repairs to the fire hydrant by the County totaled $3,996.96.
