Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, defer the public hearing on this case to the November 12, 2019 meeting date to allow the Forward Pinellas Board to make a recommendation at its October 9, 2019 meeting. The Forward Pinellas Board met on September 11, 2019 but deferred this case to its next meeting in October.
• Because this public hearing was already advertised, the case needs to be addressed at the October 8, 2019 CPA meeting, but only to defer it
• Because the Forward Pinellas Board deferred this case to its October meeting, the CPA also needs to defer to a date certain (November 12, 2019) to allow the Forward Pinellas Board to make its recommendation
