(AID) for construction management services for the Terminal Improvements Phase 3 Project at the St. Petersburg - Clearwater International Airport (Airport).
Contract No. 112-0413-CN (RW) in the amount of $194,188.00 for a revised amount of $730,808.00 through August 13, 2018.

Summary:
This First Amendment request is the first and final term extension to the agreement for construction management services for the Terminal Improvements Phase 3 Project. The $194,188.00 is inclusive of $34,375.00 for contingency.
Contract services include, but are not limited to inspection, testing and management services for the duration of the construction phase of the project.
Background/Explanation:
The original agreement with AID for professional consulting services for this project was approved by the Board of County Commissioners on March 15, 2016 in the amount of $536,620.00 for a term of five hundred (500) calendar days. The contract contained provision for one (1) twelve (12) month term extension.
AID services have been satisfactory. Therefore, it is recommended the term extension be exercised at the same prices, terms, and conditions as awarded.
