Summary:
This request adds annual Granicus maintenance, support, and services to this purchase authorization. The purchase authorization provides OTI with a mechanism to supplement staff with the ability to engage a Carahsoft partner in various aspects of high-quality cloud-based services.
Background/Explanation:
The historical vendor that provided Granicus maintenance, support, and services (WinVale Group) is no longer providing these services. This action will consolidate Granicus services with the current list of cloud-based software associated with this contract. Carahsoft has provided a quote to list the annual costs for the addition of Granicus.
The County Administrator approved the original purchase authorization on October 27, 2020 which provides for participation with the Florida State Contract 43230000-NASPO-16-ACS, effective through September 30, 2026.
Fiscal Impact:
Current Approved Amount: $2,350,000.00
Increase: $ 500,000.00
Revised Total Contract Amount: $2,850,000.00
Estimated Average Annual Expenditure: $570,000.00
Funding is derived from the OTI Operating Budget. Additional increases may be necessary over the term of this agreement to accommodate future funded initiatives.
