Plaintiff seeks to foreclose a claim of lien for assessments on property located in Clearwater. Pinellas County is named as a defendant based upon its interest in the property by virtue of a recorded special magistrate lien. Plaintiff also requests injunctive relief against co-defendant Blackwater Federal Investments, Inc., for breach of Vizcaya HOA covenants.
