Summary:

This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations occurring on property located at 2971 Hickory Drive, in unincorporated Largo.  Mr. Letourneau was found guilty of multiple ordinance violations in 2014, and brought before a Special Magistrate in 2016.  In December 2018, Mr. Letourneau failed to appear in court for additional violations.  Mr. Letourneau has failed to pay fines issued against him and the property remains in violation.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
