Summary:
The County Administrator approved this Grant Agreement on July 23, 2015. This modification includes a correction of the Governing Provisions outlined in the associated Terms and Conditions. County air monitoring under this grant program/project has been on-going since 2003.
Background/Explanation:
This project is subject to certain information security restrictions per DHS. All information is considered “Sensitive but Unclassified” (SBU), “For Official Use Only” (FOUO), and is not for public disclosure. Any public records requests made relating to this agreement should be directed to DHS.
Fiscal Impact:
The award action provides modifications to the Terms and Conditions of the original award.
Delegated Authority:
Authority for the County Administrator to sign this Grant Agreement is granted under Code Section 2-62 (a)(1).
