Approval by the County Administrator of the increase to the emergency contingency contract with Tetra Tech Inc. for requirements of disaster debris monitoring and management services - Hurricane Helene.

 

                     Increase to the emergency contingency contract in the amount of $818,490.00 for debris monitoring services needed due to Hurricane Helene for a new aggregate total of $2,000,000.00.

                     This contract was awarded in the amount of $1,181,510.00 with approval by the Board of County Commissions on November 15, 2022.

                     All municipalities within geographical Pinellas County are considered cooperating partners and may enter interlocal agreements with the County to use these contracts for their response efforts as needed.

                     Funding from reserves has been made available for disaster debris monitoring and management during Hurricane Helene recovery. A portion of the costs incurred will likely be offset with reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency.

 

Contract No. 22-0601-P increase in the amount of $818,490.00 for a new contract amount of $2,000,000.00 with Tetra Tech Inc.
