Summary:
The Pinellas County Industrial Development Authority entered into a lease at the STAR Center with Robert W. Remaley (tenant) in 2008. That lease expired in March 2019. Although statutory notice of eviction has been provided to the tenant, the tenant remains on the property and continues to pay rent and utilities.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
Background Information:
RWR has been a tenant at the STAR Center since March 1, 2008, utilizing 320 square feet of space for administration, laser work and light manufacturing. A first amendment to the original lease agreement was entered into in March 2012, and a second amendment in March 2016.
