• The Lake House Assisted Living Facility located west of the property desires to expand by incorporating the subject property.
• The intended use is consistent with the character and scale of institutional uses adjacent to the property.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.
