Announcement of a Tax Equity Fiscal Responsibility Act (TEFRA) public hearing to be held at the Board of County Commissioners meeting on November 10, 2015, on behalf of Eckerd College for issuance of Pinellas County Educational Facilities Authority Revenue and Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2015, in an amount not-to-exceed $50,000,000.
If approved, the proceeds from the sale of the bonds will be used by Eckerd College to refinance its Series 2006 Bonds and for campus infrastructure projects and improvements.
