Summary
The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 13921 Jamaica Dr., in unincorporated Seminole. In 2013, the property owners were issued notices of violation for various code provisions including, but not limited to, minimum housing and trash and debris. Following Special Magistrate proceedings, liens were imposed against the property. The property owners are deceased and the property is currently vacant. The Special Magistrate liens have not been satisfied and the violations are still in occurrence. The property to be foreclosed upon is non-homestead property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
