Approve the appointment of one member to the South St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area Citizen Advisory Committee.
The Board of County Commissioners (Board) will decide, based on review of the applications and discussion at the Commission meeting, which applicants are stakeholders in the South St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area (CRA). They will then choose one member.
The South St. Petersburg CRA Citizen Advisory Committee (Committee) is made up of nine members: nine residents, business and/or property owners, or other stakeholders from within the South St. Petersburg CRA. The Mayor of the City of St. Petersburg shall appoint six Committee members, subject to confirmation by the St. Petersburg City Council. The Board shall appoint three Committee members.
This appointment will fill a vacancy created by the resignation of Leah McRae.
