Summary
On July 15, 2020, Animal Services removed an animal from Kristine Wilder pursuant to the authority granted by Florida Statutes, Section 828.073. Working with local law enforcement, Animal Services has reason to believe the animal has been subject to incidents of cruelty and cannot be safely maintained within the home. This suit would seek an order granting Animal Services permanent custody of the animal or, alternatively an order requiring the defendant to protect the animal.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
