Adopt a resolution dedicating County-owned property in St. Petersburg identified as Parcel ID# 27-31-16-15408-003-0162 (Property) as public right-of-way (ROW). The Property was purchased in 2023 for the 22nd Avenue South (51st Street to 34th Street) roadway improvements project for the purpose of being utilized as ROW.
• The Property was purchased by the County on October 19, 2023, to connect to the adjoining ROW.
• The County has installed a sidewalk on the Property, which is currently being used by the general public.
• The segment to be dedicated as ROW will provide seamless connection to the adjoining ROW to the east and west.
• This resolution has no fiscal impact on Pinellas County.
Authorize the Clerk of the Circuit Court to record the resolution in public records of Pinellas County.

Background Information:
The County’s Roadway Improvements Project included road widening, drainage improvements, and sidewalk enhancements along 22nd Avenue South. As part of the Project, the County purchased the Property, installed a sidewalk on it, and it has been used by the general public ever since. It is recommended that the Property be formally dedicated as ROW.
Fiscal Impact:
This resolution has no fiscal impact on Pinellas County.
