Contract No. 101-0224-P(JA) in the amount of $98,000.00 for a revised total of $10,892,607.00. The expiration of this contract is December 31, 2016.

Summary:
The increase to the BPA for group medical benefits is for administrative costs through the end of the contract. Fluctuations within the County’s employee count throughout the term of the contract have resulted in the discrepancy between previously requested funds and final required funds.
Background/Explanation:
Original administration, stop-loss and Medicare agreements were approved by the Board of County Commissioners on August 9, 2011. The contract has been extended annually with final expiration December 31, 2016.
