Summary:
The project area in question involves land at 2251 Montclair Road totaling 6.6 acres. The map adjustment request involves 0.72 acres of the parent tract and includes the adjustment of the boundary lines between the Preservation and Residential Medium categories per the Southwest Florida Management District approval of the environmental resource permit modification.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 12-0, with one abstention, to recommend official acceptance of the map adjustment and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended official acceptance of this map adjustment by a vote of 12-0.
