Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 19-16, a proposal from the City of Tarpon Springs to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Office to Residential Medium, regarding 0.33 acre more or less, located at 721 South Disston Avenue.
• There is an existing single-family residence on a portion of the subject property.
• The property owner intends to split the parcel and construct a second single-family residence.
• The proposed land use category is appropriate for this type of use.
• The proposed amendment either does not involve, or will not significantly impact, the remaining relevant countywide considerations.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.
