Summary:
The project area in question involves land located on the northeast corner of the intersection of Keystone Road and North Highland Avenue totaling 69.1 acres. The map adjustment request involves 69.1 acres and includes the adjustment of the boundary lines between the Preservation and Residential Very Low categories per a wetland survey.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 11-0 to recommend official acceptance of the map adjustment and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended official acceptance of this map adjustment by a vote of 8-0.
