Summary:
This plat is a requirement of Site Plan No. 4604.01. The site consists of five (5) single family lots with private drainage to be maintained by the Seminole Oaks Homeowners Association. All lots front an existing public roadway known as Antilles Drive. The plat dedicates a 10’ sidewalk/drainage/utility easement along this frontage to Pinellas County and the public in general.
