Summary
The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 10553 121st Ave N, in unincorporated, Largo (the “Property”).
On November 4, 2024, a Special Magistrate lien was levied against Mary Ellen and Russell Douton, as a result of numerous code violations, including minimum housing, inoperable vehicle, and zoning. On June 24, 2024, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved. To date, compliance has not been achieved. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist. The owner of the property is deceased, and notice has been provided to potential heirs. The property to be foreclosed upon is unoccupied non-homestead residential property.
Pinellas County has provided notice to known potential heirs, including but not limited to, Anthony Wangarky, Mary Lu Mariano, Elizabeth Meyer, Robert Klase, and Sara Evelyn Mclane.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
