Summary:
This change order is necessary to relocate the existing sanitary sewer conflicts with the new drain system; relocate the existing water main conflicts with the new storm drain system; and replace existing obsolete water main within the project area. The Agreement term is extended by sixty (60) consecutive calendar days as part of this Change Order.
Background/Explanation:
The purpose of this project is to construct a drainage system to eliminate structure flooding, and reduce roadway and residential yard flooding in the Crystal Beach area. The project limits are along Georgia Avenue between Seaford Avenue and Disston Street, including the diverting of stormwater runoff along Disston Street into Avery Bayou at the west end of Lorraine Street.

Funding is derived from Utilities Enterprise Funds.
