Summary
The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 8766 94 Ave., in unincorporated Largo. In 2018, the property owner, Max Wysong, was issued multiple notices of violation for violations of various code provisions, including, but not limited to minimum housing, inoperable vehicle, and trash and debris. In 2019, the property owner was issued a notice of violation for trash and debris. In 2019, a lien was imposed by the Special Magistrate for these violations. In 2021, the property was condemned by the Housing Official and as a result of litigation, the home was demolished and the property cleared. A lien was imposed for the cost of demolition and lot clearing. Subsequently, the property owner passed away. The liens have not been satisfied. The property to be foreclosed upon is non-homestead property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
