Summary:

Summary

This action is the result of multiple local ordinance violations occurring at 4241 46th Street North, in unincorporated St. Petersburg. The property owner has been afforded the opportunity to come in compliance with the Pinellas County Code but has failed to do so.  The property owner has additionally failed to comply with the Special Magistrate Order.  This suit would seek non-monetary relief to bring the property into compliance with the Code.          

This authorization includes bringing suit for all appropriate non-monetary claims against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
