Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. CW 19-12, a proposal from the City of St. Petersburg to amend Countywide Plan Map amendment from Public/Semi-Public to Residential Low Medium (1.4 acres), and from Residential Low Medium to Public/Semi-Public (0.2 acre), regarding 1.63 acres more or less, located at 111 Pinellas Way North.
• The subject properties are owned by Pasadena Presbyterian Church who is seeking to create six single family lots on property currently used for Institutional purposes associated with the church.
• While at the countywide level the Public/Semi-Public category does allow for residential uses, the local Institutional category that falls under the Public/Semi-Public Countywide Plan Map category does not.
• Forward Pinellas and the Planners Advisory Committee each voted unanimously to recommend approval of this proposal.

Summary:
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 11-0 to recommend approval of the proposal. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended approval of the case by a vote of 12-0.
