Contract No. 112-0413-CN (RW) in the amount of $153,483.05 for a revised amount of $441,710.94 through July 29, 2018.

Summary:
This First Amendment request is the first and final term extension to the agreement for construction administration services for the Terminal Improvements - Phase 3 Project. The $153,483.05 is inclusive of $5,000.00 contingency.
Contract services include, but are not limited to attendance at construction progress meetings, review of pay applications, periodic site visits, general coordination with stakeholders, review of shop drawing and request for information.
Background/Explanation:
The original agreement with Michael Baker for professional consulting services was approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board) on March 15, 2016 in the amount of $288,227.89 for a term of five hundred (500) calendar days. The contract contained provision for one (1) twelve (12) month term extension.
Michael Baker’s services have been satisfactory. Therefore, it is recommended the term extension be exercised at the same prices, terms, and conditions as awarded.
Fiscal Impact:

First amendment expenditure not to exceed: $153,483.05
Total amount through July 29, 2018: $441,710.94
Funding for this project is derived from Airport Passenger Facility Charges (PFC).
