Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Lobbying and Litigation Certification for Grants and Cooperative Agreements with the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) for closure of the Section 105 Grant, Air Pollution Control Program (Program), Agreement A-00402120.
• The three-year project period for the Program closed September 30, 2022.
• A Lobbying and Litigation Certificate must be submitted to the USEPA no later than ninety (90) days after Program completion.
• This action is required for close-out of the grant agreement.
• Action certifies grant funds have not been used to engage in the lobbying of the Federal Government or in litigation against the United States.
• County Administrator’s Electronic Signature is required.
