Summary
The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 712 Patterson Street, in unincorporated Clearwater (the “Property”).
On October 23, 2012, the property owner, Daryl Donahey, was adjudicated guilty on multiple violations of various code provisions, including, but not limited to trash and debris and minimum housing. On September 12, 2013, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved. On April 22, 2014, a Special Magistrate lien was levied against Daryl Donahey, as a result of numerous code violations, including minimum housing, and trash and debris. To date, compliance has not been achieved. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist.
The property to be foreclosed upon is an unoccupied non-homestead property, the owner of record is deceased. The Special Magistrate authorized foreclosure on November 18, 2024.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
