Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the first Amendment to the Agreement to acknowledge the corporate name change with Rowland, Inc. to Rowland, (DE) LLC.
• This contract is for the repair, rehabilitation, and replacement of sanitary sewer pipes, manholes and appurtenances on an as needed basis at various locations throughout the County, including emergency repairs.
• This amendment is to acknowledge a corporate name change due to an acquisition/reorganization. There is no fiscal impact with this amendment.
• On January 25, 2022, the Board of County Commissioners approved this contract in the amount of $9,266,242.25 for 730 days. Change Order No. 1 was approved by the Purchasing Director on March 12, 2024, to provide a time only extension adding 177 days for a new end date of September 30, 2024.
• The proposed First Amendment to the agreement does not have a fiscal impact.
