Approve four appointments to the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area Advisory Committee; three of these appointments are for a three-year term beginning on January 1, 2026, and one appointment is to fill a current vacancy that will expire on December 31, 2026.

 

                     Jennifer L. Post, Kim Blessinger, and Dominic C. Howarth appointments expire on December 31, 2025. They are all eligible for reappointment.

                     One vacancy, due to a member resigning, will expire on December 31, 2026.

                     List of applicants can be viewed on the attached ballot.

                     The Clerk will provide ballots.

Background Information:

The purpose of the Citizen Advisory Committee is to advise the Community Redevelopment Agency for the Lealman CRA on the community redevelopment plan and any amendments thereto, and on issues and policies with the Lealman CRA. The committee was created to set up the framework for establishing and administering the Lealman Community Redevelopment Area.

The Committee is composed of nine members appointed and confirmed by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners.  All members shall be residents, business and/or property owners, or other stakeholders from within the Lealman CRA.  Committee members serve for a term of three years.  Terms expire on the 31st of December in the third year.
