• This agreement provides Pinellas County Utilities with ArcGIS software integration into the Cityworks Asset Management System.
• Pricing is based on the General Services Administration Agreement, No. GS-35F-0462T, expiring June 5, 2027.
• The total not to exceed amount for the agreement is $256,155.
• This request is budgeted for in the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Budget and FY27 Proposed Budget of Pinellas County Utilities in the Water Revenue and Operating Fund and Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund. In the event that future fiscal year funding is not available for this agreement, the County maintains the authority to terminate this agreement.
Contract No. 26-0693-PB in the total not to exceed amount of $256,155, effective through June 5, 2027.

The project encompasses system testing, staff training, production deployment, and post-implementation support to enhance data quality and long-term utility asset management.

Background Information:
Pinellas County Utilities relies on Cityworks, an enterprise asset management system to track maintenance, labor, equipment, and materials for its utility infrastructure. As the vendor transitions Cityworks to a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform, the County must migrate its existing data to maintain accurate operational history and full asset accountability.
Fiscal Impact:
Contract expenditure not to exceed: $256,155.00
