The property located at 3925 Mohr Ave in unincorporated St. Petersburg is owned by Shah St. Petersburg Holdings LLC. The property was demolished pursuant to authority to initiate demolition granted by the BOCC, which was granted on April 23, 2024. At this time, the County is seeking to foreclose the applicable liens placed on the property by the Special Magistrate for ongoing code violations and costs associated with demolition. The liens have not been satisfied and the property to be foreclosed upon is unoccupied non-homestead residential property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
