• This contract provides for comprehensive Conceptual Facility Planning Services and Real Estate Financial Consulting on an enterprise basis to ultimately produce a Recommended Strategies Document.
• The First Amendment extends the Agreement for seven months through October 26, 2021, to address pandemic impacts to the original schedule.
• This contract was competitively solicited and awarded by the Board of County Commissioners on February 25, 2020.

This contract provides for comprehensive Conceptual Facility Planning Services and Real Estate Financial Consulting on an enterprise basis and with initial focus on the Downtown Clearwater Campus, a centralized permitting facility, a review of County-owned vacant properties throughout the County, and the ultimate submission of a Recommended Strategies Document.
