Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the First Amendment to the contract with Island Way Property Service, LLC for vacant property landscape maintenance and services.
• This contract provides vacant property landscape maintenance services at various county locations. Maintenance class and frequency are assigned per property depending upon location and type of services as well as on an as-needed basis.
• This amendment adds three new service locations at Right of Way 3298 East Rosery Road, 3901 46th Avenue North, and 4500 43rd Street North and adds funding in the amount of $19,029.00 to pay for the services at the new locations.
• This contract was awarded by the County Administrator on January 3, 2023, in the contract not-to-exceed amount of $406,482.46 and an annual not-to-exceed amount of $203,241.23.
• The contract uses funds from the various departmental operating budgets utilizing these services.
Contract No. 22-0303-B increase of $19,029.00 for a revised not-to-exceed amount of $425,511.46 for twenty-four months and an annual not-to-exceed of $212,755.73.
