Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the Third Amendment with ImageTrend, Inc. for Safety and Emergency Services Fire/Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Records Management System (RMS).
• This Agreement provides for the implementation of Fire/EMS records management software to enhance safety and emergency services throughout the county.
• The County, Sheriff and Cities entered into an interlocal agreement to establish the Pinellas Regional Information Management Enterprise (PRIME). The overall goal is to consolidate all computer aided dispatch (CAD) and records management systems (RMS) for all public safety agencies countywide. This includes Regional 9-1-1, the Sheriff’s office, all Police Departments, all Fire Rescue Departments, and Emergency Medical Services.
• This Third Amendment is to de-scope SaaS items in Exhibit C, recurring fees in years two and three for a total reduction of $19,768.00.
• This contract was originally awarded by the Board of County Commissioners on November 15, 2022, in the amount of $3,136,952.56 for a three (3) year term. On March 30, 2023, the First Amendment was approved by the Director of Purchasing for a corrective purpose only; no change to agreement amount or terms. The Second Amendment was approved by the County Administrator on December 18, 2023, for an increase of $41,400.00 with a revised contract value of $3,178,352.56 through November 14, 2025.
• Funding for this agreement is sufficiently included in the FY25 Operating Budget for Safety and Emergency Services (SES) in the Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Fund.

The Board of County Commissioners (Board) approved this Agreement on November 15, 2022, in the amount of $3,136,952.56. On March 30, 2023, the First Amendment was approved by the Director of Purchasing for corrective purposes (scrivener’s error) only. On December 18, 2023, the Second Amendment was approved by the County Administrator for an increase of $41,400.00 for a revised contract value of $3,178,352.56 through November 14, 2025
