Body
Strategic Plan:
Deliver First Class Services to the Public and Our Customers
5.2 Be responsible stewards of the public’s resources
5.3 Ensure effective and efficient delivery of county services and support
5.4 Strive to exceed customer expectations
Summary:
The First Amendment increases the agreement in the amount of $2,350 in order to provide for the purchase of an additional five (5) reporting system licenses at the same prices, terms and conditions of the negotiated contract. The (5) additional licenses are needed as these particular licenses are issued per “Named User”. They cannot be shared as “Concurrent User” issued licenses can. The original number of licenses during the RFP process was underestimated. These additional licenses will enable all lab staff members to perform their daily duties.
Maintenance fees will not be impacted by this change order.
