The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 13001 Faxton St., in unincorporated Clearwater (the “Property”).
In 2016, a Special Magistrate lien was imposed upon James J. Gold and/or John J. Sierra, as a result of numerous code violations, including failure to obtain zoning clearance, zoning violations, and trash and debris. In July 2015, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved. To date, compliance has not been achieved. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist. The property to be foreclosed upon is an unoccupied, non-homestead commercial property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
