The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 1809 Georgia Ave., in unincorporated Palm Harbor (the “Property”).
In 2019, a Special Magistrate lien was imposed upon Jeffery L. Gray, as a result of numerous code violations, including minimum housing, inoperable vehicle, and trash and debris. In January 2019, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved. To date, compliance has not been achieved. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist. The property to be foreclosed upon is an unoccupied, non-homestead residential property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
