Summary:
The purpose of the First Amendments is to acknowledge the name change of Singhofen & Associates, Inc. to Halff Associates, Inc. DBA Singhofen Halff due to a corporate merger. The agreements are now under Halff Associates, Inc. DBA Singhofen Halff with the same pricing, terms, and conditions of the original agreements.
Background/Explanation:
Contract 21-0137-CN was awarded by the Board of County Commissioners on August 10, 2021, in the amount of $1,700,000.00.
Contract 190-0042-NC was awarded by the Board of County Commissioners on January 12, 2021, in the amount of $713,545.00.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with these amendments.
Delegated Authority:
Authority for the County Administrator to sign these amendments is granted under Code Section 2-62 (a)(2).
