Summary
The purpose of the request is to vacate portions of the unimproved rights-of-way known as Roberts Road Extension (CR 36) and Macks Way Road (CR 86) lying within and adjacent to the Innisbrook Resort property. These are petitioned roads “paper roads” that were never constructed nor is there a future need for these rights-of-way. This vacation request will allow the Innisbrook Parcel L residential subdivision redevelopment project to move forward. Additionally, the vacation of Macks Way Road is proposed for adjacent properties on the north and west, which will remove this impediment from those properties if they redevelop in the future.
