Background Information:
The purpose of the Citizen Advisory Committee is to advise the Community Redevelopment Agency for the South St. Petersburg CRA on the community redevelopment plan and any amendments thereto, and on issues and policies with the South St. Petersburg CRA. The committee was created by an interlocal agreement between Pinellas County and the City of St. Petersburg to set up the framework for establishing and administering the South St. Petersburg Community Redevelopment Area. The committee has nine members. Three members are appointed by the Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners and six members are selected by the Mayor of St. Petersburg.
