The property sought to be foreclosed upon is located at 3062 62nd Ave North, in unincorporated St. Petersburg (the “Property”).
In 2016, a Special Magistrate lien was imposed upon, Alija Kuc a/k/a Ilija Kuc, as a result of numerous code violations, including minimum housing, inoperable vehicle, and trash and debris. In July 2016, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved. The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist. The property to be foreclosed upon is a non-homestead residential property.
This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants that are or may become necessary to fully litigate this action.
