Summary:

Summary

The property sought to be foreclosed upon is two parcels located at 4680 68th Lane, in unincorporated St Petersburg (the “Property”).

On November 18, 2024, an administrative fine was assessed until compliance is achieved against United Wealth Builders, LLC, as a result of numerous code violations, including minimum housing, trash and debris, and zoning violations.  On January 14, 2025, a Special Magistrate lien was filed based on the administrative fines assessed.  To date, compliance has not been achieved.  The liens have not been satisfied and the violations continue to exist.  The property to be foreclosed upon is an unoccupied, non-homestead residential property.

If the property goes to foreclosure sale, the County Administrator is authorized to direct staff to make a bid in the amount of the foreclosure judgment, or a lesser amount (including no bid) as determined by the County Administrator.

This authorization includes bringing suit against all defendants for all claims that may be or become necessary to fully litigate this action.
