Summary:
The project area in question involves land located east of Orange Street and north of Pennsylvania Avenue. The map adjustment request involves 2.7 acres and includes the adjustment of the boundary lines between the Preservation and Residential Low Medium categories per a field review letter from the Development Review Services Environmental Manager, Cliff Still.
Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 12-0 to recommend official acceptance of the map adjustment and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee recommended official acceptance of this map adjustment by a vote of 9-0.
