Summary:
The purpose of this Statement of Certification, is to notify the EPA that per the terms specified in their request for information regarding NPDES No. FLA040436, the County is in compliance with federal biosolids requirements.
Background/Explanation:
The EPA received and reviewed the 2016 Annual Biosolids Report for the County’s South Cross Bayou Water Reclamation Facility. Additional data is required by the EPA through this Request for Information in order to complete their evaluation of the County’s compliance.
