Adopt a resolution dedicating a portion of County-owned property known as West Klosterman Preserve as public right-of-way (ROW) for West Klosterman Road.
• The property was purchased by the County on April 8, 2025 as an addition to the Mariners Point Management Area.
• The property has existing sidewalk and roadway improvements on West Klosterman Road, which are being used by the general public.
• Segment to be dedicated as ROW will provide seamless connection to the adjoining ROW to the east and west.
• This resolution has no fiscal impact to Pinellas County.

Background Information:
The County purchased the West Klosterman Preserve on April 8, 2025 from the Pinellas County School Board as an addition to the Mariners Point Management Area. A southern portion of the property contains existing sidewalk and roadway infrastructure along West Klosterman Road. In an effort to make the County-owned property contiguous with the adjoining ROW to the east and west, it is recommended that such portion be dedicated as public ROW.
