Approval and execution by the County Administrator of the first amendment to acknowledge a corporate acquisition and name change.

 

                     This contract provides the management, administration, and implementation of the Community Development Block Grant -Disaster Recovery Program.

                     The First Amendment acknowledges a corporate acquisition and name change to BDO Government Services LLC.

                     This contract was originally approved by the Board of County Commissioners on September 18, 2025, in the amount of $565,656,023.17.

                     There is no fiscal impact associated with this first amendment.

 

Contract No. 25-0425-RFP in the approved total not-to-exceed amount of $565,656,023.17, effective through September 17, 2028.
