Sitting as the Countywide Planning Authority, adopt an ordinance approving Case No. 18-08, a proposal by the City of Clearwater to amend the Countywide Plan Map from Office to Public/Semi-Public, regarding 0.1 acre more or less, located at 720 Tuskawilla Street (subthreshold amendment).

Summary:

Forward Pinellas, in its role as the Pinellas Planning Council, voted 12-0 to recommend approval of the proposal and staff concurs with this recommendation. The Planners Advisory Committee voted 13-0 to recommend approval of this case.
