This is a civil action alleging a claim for sexual harassment arising out of incidents occurring on three (3) separate occasions in September and December 2015 and January 2016. These purported actions took place during a Dependency matter involving the Plaintiff. Upon initial investigation, no County employees were involved in the matters complained of by Plaintiff.
The County Attorney’s Office will bring all counterclaims, cross-claims, or third party claims as necessary or appropriate in the judgment of the County Attorney.
